History of this Web Page

In the summer of 2002, while doing a class in the PhD. Education programme (at Northern Caribbean University, Mandeville, Jamaica)

called  EDCI 527  Technology and Learning, one of the options for an assignment was to create a web page that must be

interactive with  the students that you are teaching.   I had always wanted to create a web page on my own, but

never could make the time.  I took the opportunity to start, and with

some guidelines from Mr. Wayne Harris - the computer science lab director at CUC, on the use of Microsoft FrontPage, the journey began.

By December 2002, I had the page up and running courtesy the Caribbean Union College

web server.  My teacher, Dr. Tim Green,  saw the project and made some pertinent comments to help in its improvement.

(By the way I got an A grade for the project and the class)

I did very little in the early part of 2003, but later that year and in the early part of this year 2004

some extensive work was completed on the web page, especially with the  devotional and inspirational sections.

Since then I have periodically done some little by little until I have what it is today.

I have the students access their grade and performance in  each of my classes I teach at the University level since the beginning

of the school year 2004/2005 I am really enjoying the process, I wish I had more time to devote to the page, but gradually

I will continue to improve it.
